Recently, the first phase of Liaocheng Beike New Materials' high-end intelligent prefabricated construction project, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan, officially went into operation. The project covers 200 mu (approximately 13.3 hectares) and is being implemented in two phases. Phase I, with an investment of 500 million yuan and covering 70 mu (approximately 4.7 hectares), includes 45,000 square meters of intelligent factory buildings and a research and development center, creating 500 new jobs. As the company's core business, high-end intelligent prefabricated construction focuses on integrated buildings encompassing the entire system, prefabrication, and assembly, leading the construction industry towards a green, ecological, and intelligent direction through innovative models. Its products are widely used in new infrastructure, municipal engineering, railway tunnels, and super high-rise buildings, meeting diverse building needs in different scenarios. It is reported that Phase II of the project plans to invest 800 million yuan and cover 130 mu (approximately 8.7 hectares), with a planned construction of 65,000 square meters of intelligent factory buildings. Upon completion, this will further expand production capacity, improve the industrial chain layout, and contribute to regional industrial upgrading.
